FriLeadership Camp inspires stepping beyond comfort boundaries to actively prepare the next generation of
future leaders
Discover our leadership camp in the Swiss Alps at Braunwald!
Unconference and Storytelling, Shark Tank Pitch, and Leadership! At the friLeadership Camp, you’ll evolve into a leader and influencer of the future. The future doesn’t just need managers; it demands genuine leaders who act empathetically and interact with colleagues on an equal footing.
Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Team building are the buzzwords of the hour!
In our dynamic and challenging camp in Braunwald, we learn the skills of the future! Lessons and activities are held in English, with our super insightful and empathetic camp teachers (or perhaps more accurately, facilitators).
This dynamic and challenging program, offered in English only, will equip you with the essential leadership skills you need for your future.
Our friLeadership program’s foundations are based on three distinct modules:
ENTREPRENEURSHIP
There’s hardly anything more creative than entrepreneurship. We aim to ignite this spark in you and instill the entrepreneurial gene. In the Shark Tank competition, you and your team can demonstrate your creativity and business acumen. In the grand finale, you’ll have 5 minutes to present your dream on stage.
TEAM BUILDING
This is about finding solutions together and realizing that we are stronger together. Fifteen heads are better than one. In the future, humanity must find solutions collectively. Practical applications include the talent show and the Unconference, where you can reflect on your own issues with others.
- Unconference: An attendee-driven event promoting collaboration, informal interaction, and adaptability through open dialogue
- Talent Show: Showcasing diverse talents reflecting leadership qualities, emphasizing creativity and self-expression.
LEADERSHIP
We aim to become authentic leaders and changemakers, improving the world for the better! What awaits you in the Leadership module?
- Mountain expedition: Organize a multi-day mountain expedition, challenging participants physically and mentally, promoting resilience and self-reliance. Picture yourself nestled in a cozy hut – an experience like no other.
- Storytelling: aids us in this quest and presents an exciting challenge. Stories have always captivated humans. Did you know that all major brands today rely on storytelling? Moreover, we want to explore our limits and climb mountains. Great leaders seem to effortlessly overcome boundaries.
- Survival skills training: Integrate practical survival skills training into the mountain expedition, teaching resourcefulness and adaptability in challenging situations.
- Feedback games: Periodic sessions at the end of the camp where participants reflect on their own language and leadership development. Through a series of individual and group games, facilitators provide students with feedback based on observations and individual progress, while participants provide facilitators with their reflections on their period in the camp.
The all-inclusive camp fee covers accommodation, meals, expert-led workshops, outdoor adventures, and all scheduled activities throughout the two-week duration. Participants can rest assured that every aspect of their experience is meticulously planned for an optimal and seamless learning adventure.
Join us in Braunwald and walk away with a certificate that recognizes your achievements and demonstrates your commitment to personal and professional growth!
