St. Paul's Bay was given its name by the shipwrecked saint, whom many people believe is responsable for introducing christianity to Malta. This charming fishing village is situated in the north-east of the island and contains a small center, with traditional shops, historic buildings and restaurants, making it an ideal place to meet and greet friends over an ice-cream whilst practicing English in everyday life.
Mellieħa, home to the longest and most beautiful sandy beach on the island, is easily accessible by bus, where you can go to swim, stroll or play volleyball under the Mediterranean sun. Bugibba, another typical maritime Maltese resort town, is also within walking distance.
